
Meet Miss Nicole
Welcome to The Speech Barn, founded in March 2020 by Nicole Raso, a dedicated speech-language pathologist whose career is built on her passion for helping children become confident, successful communicators.
A lifelong resident of Hammonton, New Jersey, Nicole's academic journey began at Stockton University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology in 2013 and her Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2015. Nicole holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), a testament to her commitment to the highest professional standards. Furthering her specialized expertise, she became a PECS Level 1 Certified clinician in 2015 and earned her PROMPT Certification in 2019.

Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and a collaborative, family-centered approach to therapy, gained from her diverse experience across private practice, teletherapy, and public school settings throughout South Jersey. She specializes in working with children facing a wide range of communication challenges, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, childhood apraxia of speech, cognitive and neurological impairments, fluency disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, Down Syndrome, hearing impairments, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), developmental delays, cerebral palsy, and behavioral disorders.
Deeply committed to partnering with families, Nicole ensures that therapeutic gains seamlessly carry over into the home environment. Her mission at The Speech Barn is to provide high-quality, individualized services that are both effective and fun, empowering each child to build the communication skills they need to thrive.

Beyond her work, Nicole remains active in her local community as a chairperson for the Mother Cabrini Lodge and frequently participates in town events and local charity functions. In her free time, she enjoys cooking with her husband, Brandon, or cherishing mommy-daughter dates with Savannah.

Meet Miss Tiffany
Tiffany is a dedicated speech-language pathologist committed to helping children unlock their full communication potential. She brings a rich background in both education and speech-language pathology to her work with children and families.

Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Delaware in 2016. She began her career as a special education teacher in Galloway, NJ, where she spent three years working with students with a wide range of developmental and learning needs. Her experiences in the classroom inspired her to pursue advanced training in communication disorders.
In 2021, Tiffany completed her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Stockton University. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and has since provided speech therapy services across various settings, including private practice, schools, and teletherapy platforms.

Tiffany is known for her warm, engaging approach and her use of evidence-based, play-based interventions. Her areas of expertise include articulation therapy, language development, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She values strong, collaborative relationships with families and believes in empowering caregivers to become active communication partners in their child’s journey.
Through individualized evaluations and therapy plans, Tiffany works to create a supportive and fun environment where children can thrive and grow as confident communicators.

Born and raised in Hammonton, New Jersey, Tiffany now lives in Haddon Township with her husband, Tyler. In her free time, she enjoys "chit-chatting" with friends while getting some steps in, spending time at the shore, or trying new recipes in the kitchen.
